Dear Michael,
I listened to the Fisk at Fuhrman and the Concertato by Ferguson ("When the morning stars together"). What is the name of the hymn tune for that piece?

Dear Curt,
I asked John Ferguson, composer of the Concertato on "When the morning stars together". Here's his response:
'Actually "When the Morningstars Together" comes from the Presbyterian Hymnal. The tune is a German one - WEISSE FLAGGEN, composer unknown, source a German hymnal from Cologne, 1741.'
So, there you have it.
