1932 Aeolian organ The Aeolian Organ in Duke University Chapel, Durham, NC.

The 1932 Aeolian pipe organ of approximately 7,000 pipes, the original organ at Duke University Chapel and the last major instrument by the Aeolian Company prior to the firm’s merger with E. M. Skinner (to become the famed Aeolian-Skinner Company). This organ is installed in deep chambers on either side of the Choir at the front of the chapel. It’s specification was modelled after an earlier Skinner organ at Princeton University.
