Mailbag: “Location, Location, Location.”

Dear Michael,

I hope you can help me locate for entertainment, a pipe organ in use, such as I used to attend in Cincinnati, OH. They had a restaurant there, that you could eat dinner, while enjoying the pipe organ, I enjoyed this so very much when I was younger, and need to know if there is any such place now in Ohio or another State. If you could help me out, it will be much appreciated. or let me know who to contact that might be able to help me.

I suggest that you check on the American Theatre Organ Society's organ locator page…look for items such as the Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa, Arizona, and other similar listings.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be such a venue in Ohio at this time, though there are many excellent theater organs in that state…and I've recently heard superb instruments in Columbus, Cleveland, Akron and Lorain.
