Mailbag: “St. George on CD?”

Dear Michael,

I heard a PIPEDREAMS program that featured organs in Liverpool, which included St. George’s Hall plus the Anglican and Catholic cathedrals.
Are there any recordings of the organ in St. George's Hall available?

I hear that PIPEDREAMS has returned to NYC but in a truncated form on WQXR. Better to have part of it than none at all.

There is a reissued CD recording of an analog LP release of St. George’s Hall.

The first hour of PIPEDREAMS is broadcast on WQXR on Sunday night at 11PM. Unfortunately, when we went to two hour-long blocks from the former 90 minutes, many stations elected to use only the first hour. Both hours are available online.
