Mailbag: “Trumpet + Organ arrangements…”

Dear Michael,

A pleasure to contact you. I am looking for some arrangements for solo trumpet and organ. My ability is average so nothing too difficult but perhaps if you can steer me to some publishers I can sort through the selections. You once visited my church near Cosby Missouri – Hope UCC where my mother has been organist for 53 years now. We are truely blessed with much musical talent in our little country church and much can be attributed to my mother's love for music. Anyway, I would appreciate any direction you can offer.

I suggest that you either explore with the Organ Historical Society online catalog (scan through these many pages, as there are numerous publications of sheet music for trumpet and organ mixed in with the CD albums).

Or contact Lois Fyfe Music, my recommended source for answers to questions such as yours.
